Strength in Length is a functional fitness training class designed for power, mobility, agility, coordination and balance.
With the combination of weights, bands, balls, ropes, suspension and plyometrics we complete a 1 hour circuit each day with a warm up and an end of the session "challenge".
The class improves alignment, breath, mobility and balance.
David incorporates the following attributes: agonist, antagonist, eccentric, concentric, isometric, mono-articulate, bi-articulate, aerobic, anaerobic, sprint, distance, power, flexibility, agility, type1 fiber and type 2 fiber.
All Classes are currently held outdoors at San Carlos Park.
Training is available five days per week.
6:00am - 7:00am
7:30am - 8:30am
Monday: Front-of-body Kinetic Chain
Tuesday: Back-of-body Kinetic Chain
Wednesday: Cardio + Core
Friday: Integration + Hand Stand Development
Please note that we take off Thanksgiving and the Friday after Thanksgiving.
We are also are on holiday from Christmas through New Years.
